Veterinary Services Animal Control
Importation of animals Enforce legislation and policies pertaining to dogs (keeping, breeding, multiple dogs, brokering, boarding, guard work)
Deal with matters pertaining to the health and welfare of domestic animals & livestock Deal with matters pertaining to the welfare of domestic animals & livestock
Support agricultural education Assist other agencies dealing with animal related matters
Provide artificial insemination services to cattle farmers  
Protection of endangered species  
Act as the Management Authority for CITES
